How to Use

1. Rinse 30 40 g of rice palada lightly in water (optional) and drain.
2. Boil 250 300 ml of milk (or water for a lighter version), then add the palada.
3. Simmer gently for 6 10 minutes until palada becomes soft and translucent.
4. Sweeten with sugar or jaggery, add a pinch of cardamom and garnish with nuts if desired.
